Ah, what a culmination of the first stage of preparations for crossing the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans on oars as part of my round-the-world journey! First time at sea, on the Baltic
Sea and such an achievement! By ocean rowing boat, Złotoryjanka (Goldie), to Bornholm and back! In this video I show you the return journey from the Danish island to the Polish coast, which was much more demanding than the first leg, rowing from Dziwnów to Rønne (Bornholm).

Hey Dariusz, yeah that's great with the subtitles. That looked tough. But it made me think - waves in storms only (not violent storms or hurricanes) are up to 10 metres. If you are travelling for months on the ocean there will be such waves at some time(s) (5-10 metres minimum) - how will you cope alone on the boat when this happens? Your boat will surely be overturned, no? I'm worried about you! How did you get the shot from above at the end (maybe a drone)?

Yes, the last take was from a drone. When we got to shore someone was filming meanwhile on the beach. The boat will rise if capsized. Waves can be high and dangerous. The matter is to set yourself up well for events like storms. Secure everything on the boat and wait in the cabin. All must pass! :)
