I love this episode so much. I will come off as such a Fanboy, but Mike is an educator and an entertainer. He brings light to things in many ways. He shines and elucidates in areas that might be left un looked at, unattended to, he understands it and if he doesn’t he learns on the job and is curious and humble. I don’t think you can want much more in a food show host. I think we’re very lucky that you exist as a human Mike and I hope life is going well for you! Much appreciation from a food chap in England!
