Two questions Helina, 1st, can i marry you? 2nd, what do you recommend as the rice to stock ratio for different quantity servings?
Also, difficult to get whole sepia/ cuttlefish in uk, what can i use as a substitute for the sepia sauce? I was wondering, oyster sauce?
Ahaha I think my husband will not like that if we marry:) about rice/stock - it depends on the pan size as well. Tell me how many people you want to cook for and I will tell you the ideal pan size and rice stock ratio. About sepia spleen, normally we don't do oyster sauce instead, but you can try it! Let me know how was it then!
