I have been to lavasa in 2014 and once again somewhere around 2016-2017 that time I used to live in pune during that time lavasa was really touristy and crowded you had people. I couldn't visit the City Next time because of landslide. The entrance was closed but still people would spend good time and click photograph outside.
Now the recent videos on lavasa are a shocker. When i visited with family it had visitors and tourism. Even with the food the leisure activities being overpriced.

I visited this place recently. This place should be improved. Very few tourists were seen. The road is poorly maintained. The security guys seen collecting RS. 500/-. When questioned they have no answer to it. Same happened on the way to Mahabaleshwar. The only Bar in Lavasa is infested with cockroaches and the top covered with cobwebs.The place looks abonded.if the place is maintained properly it will see more tourists.
