Buy yourself some dumbells, exercising lets out all your negative energy out , it really helps you push you further, and on top of that it gets you physically and mentally healthy. I've tried weights and exercise for a few months in the past but it's not really helped me that much. It's also hard just to find the strength and motivation to do it.

Investing your time to actually put effort will change your form of thinking once you dedicate to it. Talk to trainers out there to help you out. Unfortunately, most gyms are closed due to the pandemic but it can done with the right equipment. Invest your time to get better because most of the time we choose to get comfortable were we are at, and thats dangerous. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. Because at the end of the day, in us, we have the worst enemy to deal with. Dont let your emotions control you, you control your emotions, keep that in mind Hoiman.
