I play resto shaman in m+ and the affix Devour doesn't occur when you're not in combat, also not all players in the group receive the affix at one time, sometimes, but not always. Shaman in general is by far the best class to bring during this week because of cleansing poison totem which clears the Devour affix in less than a second. Or the healer is 99% of cases will need to heal the group in full asap and go oom to remove the affix before it expires. Mass dispel works great but punishing downtime.

It's only by the grace of C'thun that we've made it through all of it.
The 15 sec death penalty is bad and all it promotes is a dead key when there is one wipe and then people leave. At high levels, players generally know the mechanics and know what to kick, etc. so missing one kick shouldn't ruin the key. This is a bad M+ affix.
Bad for PUGs, but GOOD FOR COMPETITIVE GAME?!?

The 1st new affix was good. The 2nd and 3rd new affixes have the quaking problem they are normally fine but interact incredibly poorly with a number off boss/dungeon mechanics and in the current season with a 15 second death timer a bad spawn time can just wipe you brick your key. The 4th is insane people hated afflicted and it was 2 debuffs now there are 5 frankly I just wouldn't run a key without a shaman this week.
The healing absorb is actually insane... Like, why did they add that, instead of just putting a dispel that can be ignored, it just means something might get a slight heal if the healer can't bothered to get all of them.
@@mythicdungeonleague The affix this week is not an absorb. It doesn't eat your healing. It just requires you to heal 50%(?) of each person's hp (or dispell).

@@mythicdungeonleagueoh np. I just wanted to post my excitement. I am living my m+ life through you guys. I gave up on healing already for lots of reasons, and went back to ff14 for now. Thanks for making these! I feel like you guys are figuring out your talking rhythm more. That or im getting used to listening to you guys

I just hate how the 15 second death timer affects your weekly vault keys. In dragonflight, it was chill filling your vault, but now its a pain where you have to lock in for 30 minutes. If they swapped the 7 and 10 affixes, personally I would prefer it. Even though you need 10s for myth in vault, it would at least make it easier to push keys higher, and allow you to practice routes for the fort-tyran combo earlier.

My War Within experience has been mostly via delves. We lost power for about a week, so I missed almost all of the "delve week" event and was bummed out by that, but my Brann is nearly 58, and all my characters are 610-614. best pull on ?? Zek was 41%. Delves are beginning to get a tad boring, just because it seems like the same stories keep popping up. Still avoiding M+.

@mythicdungeonleague I tried a few +2s when they first released, they were a nightmare. It was my first time trying M+ (took a lengthy break after MoP) and it was beyond stressful. We never came close to timing any of the 4 we tried, and it kinda showed me that M+ is not just a step up from mythic 0s which I had enjoyed running the week before. Perhaps it's just not a game mode designed for me, and I have lost a step over the years, but delves have filled that role of content I can grind and feel like I am making progress.

m+ isnt too hard people are mad they arnt doing 9s week 4 when that would of been an 18 week 4, most of the player base sucks tbh and the key levels being shifted downward but being harder makes them have the mentality " oh its a 5 i should be doing higher keys" when in reality its a +10 for them. most of the player base sucks and whines its really not that hard
While I agree with your overall statement, I think it's more about the RELATIVE feeling of difficulty. But yeah, most of us still have another 20 ilvls to get with the new Myth track
gear scaling its fucked get 8-9-10 to have gilded crest. ore change the scalin just so big power leap from 2 to 3 to 4 ect.
ppl will do 20 end of the season. and who its the bigest show off. just less pressure.

It works! Not begging but sometimes just a little note to show you’re good vibes. It works on me also when I’m filling out groups. I want to play with people, not IO farming robots.
Several things happen, first this only reveals how bad the players are, in general since players in control of the system have put it in players heads that the most important thing in the world is the Meta, making the most possible DPS regardless of the mechanics of the dungeons. Second: those who are doing it, are those who sell content and the streamers (and it is a matter of seeing how bad or bad they are who pay to obtain crest for upgrade and craft max items) the content is not difficult. Third: 2% used the IO system to maintain the population that makes the high content and CREATE A GAP over the other players, which with any change is an advantage that is maintained until the end of the expansion, and this is the elite revealing itself to blizzard for the content released alone that is a success. Now they put crest on 8's and mark my words the only thing is going to happen is the barrier going down from 9's to 8's for large part of players.
On the contrary, this should be kept as it is and force bad players to learn how to use their classes and learn the dungeons. Now, since the 2% really work together with Blizzard for all the businesses associated with this game and the token......really those who always lose are the normal players even when they are good players...that's why they stop play it....and we must add that the guilds are 98% shit.............

M+ Just got huge nerfs and changes, video is no longer relevant..
lol I don't think the nerfs are HUGE. We'll see how it all unfolds after reset next week and whether they're pushing 16s and 17s.
