I am a gay person and I have endured many atrocities including mental harrasment since childhood. Though I am now professionally and financially faring well, but I too want to settle down in my personal life within India and not anywhere abroad. But that dignity and right seems too far as of now. People in general have more acceptability than before from what I observed, but still in general the society has a very poor understanding of what the sexual minorities in lgbt means all thanks to cheap mediocre movies, dramas and prejudices.

क्या अविवाहित लोग जिनके कोई परिजन नहीं होते उनका इलाज नहीं होता। डॉक्टरों को यह आदेश दिया जाना चाहिए कि ऐसा कोई भी व्यक्ति जिसका कोई परिजन नहीं है तब भी , इस बात की कागजों पर note लिख कर इलाज किया जाना चाहिए।

1955 Hindu marriage act section 7 is useless as well ,If couple of general caste marry in simple temple without pandit rituals and also register their marriage gets void for not hiring pandit .Recently there was a genuine marriage of two pilots made void because they did not hire pandit ,seriously 😂,if it was made void on practical issues ok but making it void even after registration was joke on us.This act was formed with good intention in 1955 as that time only proof of marriage used to be rituals by villagers and pandit as normal people could not afford photography .I am wondering what sense does this act make now ? Chandrachud sign should make all marriages valid irrespective of u marry at temple with whole village pandit or u choose to marry simple .Aadhaar card linking at registrar office will close all multi marriage crime ,once a couples marriage is linked to Aadhaar it will be traceable and even when one spouse try to marry again without divorce it will not be possible unless updated with delinking Adhaar with divorce decree .I did not like judge uncle and aunty judgement as it was senseless to dissolve marriage based on sathpathi ritual not performed ,judge madam sir forgot that in south India marriage between close relative is valid if they do sathpathi and same judges make void marriage in north even when the couple is not relatives .What sense does this sathpathi drama judgement makes to Chandrachud sir ? Even after sathpathi people stray cheat same way as people lie after swearing on Geeta .Why does judge expect everyone to believe in Geeta ? Many born Hindu has no idea about Geeta and more knowledge about insta reels and movies …….😅
CJI ko review petition accept karni chahiye judgement mein bahot errors the atleast unko civil union dena chahiye majority judgement khud bol bhi rhi thi unki sath discrimination hota ha or phir bhi kuch kia nhi sab parliament ko chor dia court unko civil union toh de hi sakta tha...Hope ki cji accept kre🤞❤

Ethical and morality are very subjective words.
Also, you need to open up your mind a little every now and then to understand the myriad of sexualities and sexual orientations present in nature from animals to humans. Understand how the concept of marriage came into existence in ancient times and how it evolved to today's world. Remember change is the only constant. These things are very interesting albeit you have to sideline your prejudice for a while. I am sure you will enrich yourself with more knowledge in coming times.
