(4K) Early Morning Departures from Detroit Metro Airport

- Опубліковано 10 тра 2021
- Finally back at my home turf! Feels great to finally capture 21R departures, which has been my go-to for years. With 22L/4R closed for a few weeks, this allowed for all traffic to depart right in front of me. Hope you all enjoy this one!

@H I a.a
I was only 30 seconds in and already loved the close-up, clarity, and lighting so much I hit the like button. Keep up the good work.
Worked at DTW for 28yrs for Republic/Northwest/Delta, miss that airport and the people.
I remember when it was North Central Airlines (Republic) and they flew into Manitowoc, WI
Wonderful video!
Great to see my home airport
Haha! Oh it feels so good to have 22L closed for a month! Nice vid Lepp!
Awesome video of plane spotting@ Detroit airport ...Nice to see some huge traffic despite the covid 19 pandemic 👍👍...Loved all the airplanes especially A350 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and also surprised to see Delta A220
Excellent job as always Lepp Aviation👍👍

That A350 very nice.
Great job👊
great catches
DTW is my home airport and I always love seeing them take off. even if im just passing by and catch them flying over the freeways.
Me too. I'm from Michigan and when I got back from college last week I took the Amtrak from Lincoln, illinois to dearborn michigan. And while I waited for my dad to pick me up, I started doing amateur plane spotting as I could tell the airport was somewhere close because I could tell they were going the same direction and getting lower, they were on final approach, then on the freeway we drove by the delta airlines hq andi could see some of there fleet.
And I live in ypsilanti, michigan and went to high school in belleville, michigan
hi from australia great work
Cool video 👌
2:39 hey wait, that's not an aircraft noise!
I hope one day to be able to enjoy a trip on an A220, but that might be a ways off. Work is not always kind...
The best till the end a350😍
Awesome job Sean! I just got back from Detroit a few days ago, pretty glad they closed 4R/22L so we could get these shots :)
Very nice.
😍😍😍😍☺️☺️☺️😊😊
Magnifique tous ces vols DELTA ! Seul regret : ne plus voir les majestueux 747 Delta... 😓
Wonderful all those Delta flights! only regret: no longer seeing the majestic 747 Delta.
Great video especially since The Detroit Airport is my home airport and home of my UA-cam Channel Caleb’s Aviation!
From what Vantage Point were you filming good shots
Was this the last few days? Up until last night all the departures hadbeen northbound and if so most of these likely flew right over my house lol I live right on the approach paths for the 22s bout 5nm out
i went to st.thomas last month we had to wake up at 3 in the morning
I’m a simple person. I see Delta, I click.
Hi sir, good evening!I am an aviation enthusiatic, and I like your video very much, and I am also an aviation enthusiast.May I ask if I can repost your video to social media? Not for commercial gain
One of these days i can go down to the airport and spot some planes
Cool
Strange to think that back in the 70's some podunk little town of 5,000 people would get a freaking DC-10 every day. Now major centers are served by E-Jets, and then there's an A350 to Minneapolis! Airline economics are a mystery lol
600th like!
Hii beautiful video
Good 👍 🦸♂️
I live 2 me from this airport. Wayne road and 94
Tomorrow can you either go to JFK Airport in NYC AT 7am EDT or Southwest Florida Fort Myers airport tomorrow at 9am EDT because that’s where I’m going!
WILD - an a350 from DTW to MSP - no way that’s a normal occurrence? Maybe for a sports team?
The pilots half to keep to keep their hours up so they don’t have to go through retraining. A whole bunch different domestic widebody action at DTW right now.
So early morning DELTA departures...
Imagine the workers at the airport like
Dude you come here to watch planes and not ride them? People these days lol
Why only delta airlines planes
Not only delta there was also American and southwest and United express
Cuz Detroit is a Major Delta Hub
Finally dtw is back if you want a good spot to catch planes on the other runway take the service drive and sit in the parking lot of the spirit airlines hanger it’s really cool
DUDE THIS VID KEEPS LAGGING ON MY SCREEN
What spot is this
Detroit metropolitan airport, which is located in Romulus, michigan. It's our international airport and serves as a hub for delta airlines.
@@sirenity_buchanan he ment what spot was he spotting from
@@Lee247Jamaica oh, oops.
@@sirenity_buchanan no problem everyone makes mistakes
@@Lee247Jamaica do you watch "The Flight Channel" on UA-cam? I think it's really good.
Delta retires 777 :(
lemee see the list hmmm american air southwest and delta delta delta delta delta...
i don't know if there is any reason to go here, but it would be cool if you did some spotting at my hometown airport (Halifax stanfield). It would be really cool, because while Halifax is a smaller city, Stanfield Int'l is pretty big!
Isnt Halifax close to where Swiss air 111 crashed?
@@Lee247Jamaica not sure. I know it’s where air Canada flight 624 crash landed due to a snow storm
@@nateye2450 oh
@@nateye2450 i think Swiss air 111 crashed of the shore of Halifax
@@Lee247Jamaica ah ok
You
escape from detroit lol

Delta Boeing 787 Dreamliner 6:44 10:09 Delta Airbus A350 11:35
Delta doesn't have 787s, those are A220s
I think you mean A220 for the first two, 'cause Delta doesn't operate the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
@@RubenThomas This New Delta Airbus A350 with The New Technology Inside
@@PlanesAndGames732 This New Delta Airbus A350 with The New Technology Inside
@@luisosoriothelionelmessian9845 I think there is a misunderstanding here. You've misidentified the first two planes as 787s, when they are in fact Airbus A220s, but the last plane is indeed an Airbus A350.
