@@XPoChangLinX Po! It's been forever man! It never happened, I ended up upgrading on the ERJ. After that I flew the A320 and the 737 and I'm currently enjoying life on the 787!
For the stab trim test does pushing one channel or the other turn the other channel off, if so how do you turn both back on? Or when you test channel 2 do you have to deselect channel 1 first? I've never flown a CRJ and am starting on one in the next few months so these switches are new to me. Thanks!
Okay I understand. Thank you for the fast reply and clearing that up, I was a little confused! Thanks for the videos too, they're super helpful! I can memorize switch names but it's so much easier to learn a flow when you see it.@@nknutson1
@nknutson1 Oh I like CRJ's, I fly the 900 and occasionally the 700. Im.just glad my company got rid of the 200 with all the extra stuff you have to do on that flow lol
Hey question, with you as a Skywest captain, are you able to fly Skywest jets with the Delta and American paint as well? I can see that this is a United aircraft so I wasn't sure if you're able to switch between the different major carriers that are connected with Skywest.
As pilots it didn't matter what paint job we were flying, i think it was a bigger deal for the flight attendants and the uniforms and announcements they had to make. I was based in Detroit so all of our flying was for Delta. Coincidentally that just so happened to be a United trip I had picked up (probably out of Chicago) for some extra cash.
Thanks so much for taking the time to do this! I'm prepping for upgrade and this was extremely helpful.
How did the upgrade go?
Thanks dude, doing ERJ FO -> CRJ CA upgrade soon, this is super helpful.
Very cool
Any FO’s flow reference
Brian! It's been a hot sec, but how was your transition from E to CRJ? Was it relatively straightforward/painless?

Thank you for this video! Wow, CRJ-200 with new RTUs!

Good stuff, super useful for flying CRJ in FS2020 :)
Really appreciate you putting this together
Great video. 01:00 - Really want a cigarette and I don't smoke.

Very useful video!
Great refresher after being on CPTO, thanks

No, they are only turned off when you press the stab trim disconnect on the control wheel. They are re-engaged when you press each one individually.

At which part do you start loading the FMC ?
I would say after the safety flow/check and after all of the tasks on your originating flow. Either you do it or the FO can chip in
Thank you God for not putting me on the CRJ-200
ERJs are for the faint of heart. CRJs are for pilots.

@@nknutson1 Ok that's interesting, also can the First Officer swap on different paint jobs too or is only the captain able to do that?
@@thecomedypilot5894 doesn't matter.
@@nknutson1 Ok cool, thanks for letting me know.
that's a lot of DMI stickers....
Naturally!
Not for a crj, lol. They are all related it looks like. Nav issues.
love this 200
What about FO’s flows
Gonna have to pimp out an FO for those
Differnce between skywest FO and a pizza?....the pizza can feed a family of 4
Difference between flying journalism and wall street journal?..... Wall street Journal can spell "difference" correctly.
Well after a salary raise it's not the case anymore.
You make more than Air Canada FO!!
