Way too overpriced, not worth 3.5 lakhs which is close 5,000 dollars, if I ignore the PPP. 5,000 dollars can fetch me a way more luxurious property with better service in the States. Thumbs down!

3.5 lakh main 2 saal ka rehne khane ki kharcha uth jayega Mera. Chalo agle janam main ek din ka swarg mehsoos kar lunga 3.5 lakh se. I mean tab inflation k hisaab se 3.5 lakh ka jitna v rate hoga.
