In operation it reminds me of a pipe cutter in reverse. You still turn around. You still put pressure on it gently but instead of cutting pipe, it shapes it.
Yea, I need to know the same thing! Either I mig bead the pipes or I get this thing... Almost willing to try this vs welding.. looks sexy.. I am using a 1.2mm Stainless intake system for my TDI
@@dubbifiedI bought a similar chinese one, haven't got any stainless tube yet to try it I reckon it should work. It's not the most precision tool and I had to run in the gears with a drill as the manufacturing is a bit sloppy, but despite being a bit agricultural in build it seems fairly solid

That was a Vibrant aluminum tube, so I believe 16 gauge (1.3mm) thick. I'm sure it could so SS, would just take a little longer.
