Centroterm concentric vent is the best option. It gets fresh air from outside from same location as exhaust. No pressure difference in building or so on. 0 inches clearance from combustible materials, even on low efficiency appliances. Less chances of air contamination such as dust, lint ....

I install swimming pool heaters that use the z-flex. I’m wondering how they are supposed to be properly tied into already existing galvanized exhaust vents, or if I have to replace the old duct entirely with the Z-flex? Thanks
