Thx for the great summary again Hero! This was a nice event that starts to show the true colors of paradeus and one of my favorite soundtracks, especially for the final fight with the Isomer in Nimogen in the epiphyllum flowers. Can't wait for the ptsd for the next episode which covers polarized light :) Some things I want to note though and this stuff could be considered sort of as spoilers so I will push this stuff down! 24:20 : "The fear of our homeland" is referring to the alien stuff with the relics. Most likely referring to the world the relics open to. Basically shes saying that humans fear the extreme powers of the "beings" that are associated with the relics as they have the potential to literally wipe humanity of the board if we make a mistake but despite that, there are humans that continue to excavate the relics and do research into them for our own benefit. Also, one may not think much about it but the images we see in M4's neural cloud from seeing the Isomer's memories are actually real places in the "Nirvana" (the weird alien simulation world of the relics). This world is weird to explain and further weirder with the introduction of some specific dolls made by a specific guy in the later events of gfl1 but the garden and mansion are one of the locations in the world. We also get to see this location again when in RCCB Jefuty and Mendo are fighting in this dimension. To add on, apparently the mansion and garden is seemingly in South America in the lore in RCCB's story lol :p
I appreciate your dedication in trying to summarise the entire GFL storyline into multiple videos! As I just got into GFL2, i really wanted a way to understand the GFL story plot as i heard a lot of good things about it. However, there are not many resources that do a good job at explaining the story in detail. As the game is relatively old, and due to its niche community during its peak, not many people has had the chance to experience the story at all. Keep up the good work once again, and I hope you'll continue making this series!
24:22 pretty sure it referring to the constant pursuit of relic technology by factions that almost always ends in disaster for the little gain they do get ogas being a perfect example of it
Yep your right! To be more specific, the homeland part is referring to the beings of the relics (the people the relics originated from) as they are extremely dangerous and RCCB shows this very well lol. Wouldn’t fully say the factions get little benefit though as relic tech that’s been researched by the factions have been quite useful despite their consequences for humanity :p
I actually started watching all the cutscenes because of your videos, so I'm not gonna spoil myself by watching this (yet), but still thanks for the effort.
I've been waiting for this for so long! Thank you so much, I miss the old ones where you gave us extra details even if they took longer, I can pretty much lsiten to you as I work/play and I love it! Keep up the good work!
Just yesterday I was reading a bunch of this due to dandelion appearing in the plot of gfl2 and God it's all easier to understand via your videos than just combing through wiki articles. Thank you for your efforts! ❤
You're a life saver man. We're finally getting to the points of the story where I jumped off the game, and I have not wanted to go back and slog through to get to this point again.
Im new to GFL2 and just finished chapter 7.(sadly my lvls not high enough to continue ch8. q.q) Your video came out at just the right time!! Now I really understand the connection with Paradeus!
Thanks for these videos. I've had an exilum downloaded for a while, but I won't play it until you're done unless you think i should play through frontline 1
Explored in the next chapter, but basically, it started from her turbulent relationship with M4 and the others. Since trust was so hard to come by, she counteracts that by highlighting how useful she is, and how screwed everyone would be without her. Unironically she got the most positive results from that so her ego grew from there.

@@Aguywholikesplaguedoctors useful is relative because allot is just mass murdering weapons or things made to harm or control humans

THANK YOU I've been away from GFL for almost two years and I haven't had the time to catch up with the latest events.
You're a life saver man.
We're finally getting to the points of the story where I jumped off the game, and I have not wanted to go back and slog through to get to this point again.
Excellent video !! Your summarized version is really on point ! I'm ready for the next chapter, and all the depression 😊
Awesome! Very helpful for those of us who never finished GFL 1.
Or like me never had the chance to play GFL1 lol
Really nice videos with all of the story summery, it helps us who have not the time to clear the first game or to watch all of the cutscenes
As everyone already said, thank you for your hardwork in making this video and for summarizing it. Keep up the good work and don't overdo yourself.
Bros videos actually help give me an idea of the plot of gfl
i was wainting for this, let me grab some snack too watch and also play gfl2
Right on time for chapter 8 and the new event in GFL2 which pretty much involves dandelion.
Im new to GFL2 and just finished chapter 7.(sadly my lvls not high enough to continue ch8. q.q)
Your video came out at just the right time!! Now I really understand the connection with Paradeus!
Trust me, Paradeus just continues to get worse from here.
He’s back!!
Sweet another episode! I hope you do episodes if the stuff you left out lol, as well what happened in neural cloud (if it pertains to the main story)
I will indeed be making videos on stuff I omitted.
I was looking forward to this! Thanks for the upload!
HOLLY SHIT ITS HERE!!!!! I been waiting very impatiently for this
Thanks for these videos. I've had an exilum downloaded for a while, but I won't play it until you're done unless you think i should play through frontline 1
Well..... it will be next year for you to play GFL 2
GFL1's story isn't done in EN. It's pretty much done in CN, but it'll be difficult making videos for them without the relevant footage.
In that case just skip the story and play the rest of the game for now, cuz finishing GFL1 story gonna be a long ride
Thank GOTT.... there are some Lore GAP I need to catch!
Hmm so M4 brought back Nimogem? (which I assume Dandelion in GLF2?)
They looks practically the same, is it the same person?
Nimogen herself no longer exists as an entity. She's a part of OGAS/Dandelion now.
Looking forward to the next one
Time to see what's been cooking!
Next episode gonna be so peak😫
Thank you for this!
how did dandelion become so smug after this

Wait, is the armored train happen to be Elmo?
Nope. The Elmo is an actual mobile base vehicle. That comes later.
Movie time!
So…… TL;DR Origin story of Dandelion huh
About 95% of it yes.
Let's gooo!
Let’s go!
