I disagree with you on the issue of Twene and Smart. You see, my brother personally I think Ghanaian leaders and the chiefs should count themselves lucky that Ghanaian youth are naturally not violent. They should count themselves lucky that they're just being insulted and not being attacked physically with arms ands weapons. They should be grateful and listen to the cries of the youth. What is happening is a form of a REVOLUTION. Revolution can take so many forms. This is an insulting revolution and so they should act quickly to listen and do the right things to fix the problems before it escalates into something ugly. People have been crying for years for these problems to be solved but it falls on death ears. As soon as it escalated into insults , they're shaking. Let them be wise and do the right things now else, it will escalate further in to some form of civil unrest and no one wants that. The people are hungry. Insults don't kill.
    Thank you

I disagree with you on this issue. You see my brother if we are applying your logic then we should also count ourselves lucky that the government is only stealing from us and not killing us when we criticise them like what happens in other countries or not using 60% percent of our income to buy weapons or not using their power to cause food shortage. We should be lucky that our leaders are naturally corrupt and not autocratic because if they were autocratic we won't have press freedom or voting rights. If this is an insulting revolution so we are allowed to insult our leaders then I guess we should also accept that this is a corruption type of governance so our leaders are allowed to steal public funds. Insults don't kill, stealing doesn't kill either, unemployment doesn't kill, bad education system doesn't kill, bad justice system doesn't kill, too many loans don't kill, high fuel prices don't kill, not delivering on campaign promises don't kill, collecting bribe doesn't kill so what exactly are we saying they should fix? If any bad behavior can be branded as revolution then what country are we fighting for? Then tomorrow let's make it a rape revolution, or a stealing revolution. If insults could bring development then why don't we are quit our jobs and insult full time? Maybe by next month we will be like Dubai. Let's be reasonable. Insults won't get us anywhere. It's constructive criticism and targeted legislative positioning that makes changes.

@@julianprnz7381 Naar bro I think you got it all wrong. No amount of intimidation from the political leaders being it autocratic, military or democratic can quench the fire of an angry youth. Take the uprising that errupted in the Arab world for example. That revolution managed to topple even the most deadliest and fearful regime despite all the killings. In short, all I'm saying is that the leaders and chiefs don't own Ghana. It is not their personal property. They're just custodians so they must put their pride aside and listen to the voice and the plight of the youth. They should not wait for things to get ugly else they cannot survive the fire of an angry youth. Yes they can deploy the soldiers to kill a few but in the end the masses will conquer. The country belongs to Ghanaians so you cannot say we should count ourselves lucky that our leaders are autocratic. After all we embraced democracy and we're the ones that went to the polls to vote for them so they must listen to us. Ghana for Ghanaians period!!!
      Thank you.

@@dehyeba1404 ei bro u didn't understand a word I said. Based on your own logic I guess I should be insulting you now but I won't. I will rather break it down with patience like a normal reasonable adult should do. U said earlier that our leaders should count themselves lucky that people are only insulting them. I disagree. We all know that insulting your leaders is a bad thing. As adults we should be able to get our points across without insulting each other. But if you say our leaders should count it as luck that people are doing something bad to them simply because people are not killing them, then using your logic we should also count it lucky that they are only stealing from us and not killing us. But that's also wrong, it's foolish to think that simply because you are not killing someone and you are only insulting them u have done nothing wrong. The insults will only get u likes on social media but it won't cause any real life change. People have been insulting leaders but nothing has changed. No leader has said that have changed because somebody else insulted them they have stopped stealing. But we have many examples of change happening as a results of written petitions and lobbying and activism. Bro, I don't know who lied to u that the leaders cannot stop the youth with violence. Weren't you in the world when Nigerian youth said the same thing? But when soldiers started killing them everybody ran away. Today their leaders are still in power but many youth are dead. Same thing happened in Syria. Just one soldier can fire a few grenades and kill a hundred people. We all want change but let's be wise about it. You can't preach insults and violence against government and think u are helping the nation. When the Arab uprisings removed bad leaders with violence, today do they have peace and development? Some of the worst crimes against humanity happen there. People are still being killed and nobody has freedom. They are no different than they were 10 years ago. If all of this is too hard for you to understand, like I said let's all quit our jobs sit at home and insult the leaders full time for 1 month. Will that solve our problems? Think about it

Twene Jonas is doing what some of us will love to do if we have the chance ....... The leaders should forget the insult and listen to the sense in what the guy is saying ..... I don't support the insult though but sometimes my heart bleed when I go down to the villages where the country get most of his raw material like cocoa and gold .... Just go to Asankragwa, Enchi, and down to Wassa areas and see how people suffer before getting their daily bread.... Look at their roads, School buildings, Rural hospital, drinking water ... these are basic basic needs that we are not suppose to request before they provide but see what is going on .... The leaders have allow Twene Jonas to insult them ..... They must fix the country for us ..... Always they go in for loans but we don't see anything.... I have completed first degree, done my national service but I have no work to do .... all application made, is in vain .. why must I live in my own country and still suffer ?..... It is very sad... Twene Jonas should not stop but must avoid the insult .... Thank you very much

We have been complaining about this our leaders far years before and no results were seen. No one took us serious. But when insults came inside, now our voices are out. So I think this method will work. Is Better for people to see us disrespectful and get our country fixed than to be respectful and suffer in our own mother land
