i always feel like i'm stuck in a endless loop, i not happy but im not that sad either, i loose motivation, i dont do my work, i scolded, i feel ashamed and worse, and it just repeats. but ill always say im fine, i smile, once in a while i hint out that im not ok, but everyone think it's a joke or just me being dramatic. so i just smile and laugh. i cry at the back of the class trying to hold back my tears when my classmates jokingly tell me to commit sucide, i laugh and agree, saying im fine.

Lost a year relationship. I thought that I would be okay within a few weeks. I was actually really depressed for 7 weeks before I even took a small step towards moving on today. And it’s not like I still won’t be miserable for a lot longer. I have a long way to go. But tbh I felt like I would never feel better again. But I’m proud of myself for taking a step, even if it was just throwing away a letter. It was really hard, but I did it. I don’t really know what my point is, but I can tell you that you’ll be alright. No matter how long you are hurt for, if you relapse into sadness, it doesn’t matter. And every step I take towards getting better seems futile cause I still feel just as miserable after. The only thing that can heal us is time, but how much time?
