She can 'hear' you pick up a key or lock a door 3. if you lock a door wait by the door until she comes because she will jump through the window if you are impatient. 4. She can throw her knife, if it hits you it slows you down for 15 seconds 5. She is always in her aggressive state 6. you cannot struggle when she grabs you 7. She has a spare exit key on her waist, if you try to grab it she will snap your neck and kill you instantly so don't do that. 8. There is chance that whenever she stabs you she makes you bleed, to stop this hide in a locker and crouch until the bleeding stops, you also won't lose health while crouched. 9. Always look for the keys first because if you turn the power on to look for the code, she will eventually turn it off and camp in the storage room, so wait until you unlock all the doors 10. finally there is a picture frame on the desk in the starting area it only spawns in yangire mode and if you interact with it 3 times it will activate extreme mode spawning Saiko as soon as you leave the room and eventually you find Saiko camping one of the hallways and chase music seems to be different, this is because there are now 2 Saikos. Crazy right? Anyway I suggest not to activate extreme mode unless you want to endure hours of suffering, well I hope this helps. =)

Hey Think!! I know I am late, but in case you were wondering, when she "disappears" while being nice, she is actually riding your shoulders. And she starts choking you out after a couple seconds, which is why the screen starts going dark. Just a little info on her mechanics.
When she disappears she's actually on you putting herself behind you and her arms around your neck to choke you. but you can't see her only if you get to the mirror in the bathroom.
Tip: If she seems to disappears when she’s was in the room before it’s because she’s on your back that’s why you pass out when she says I love playing with you.

Tips if you want to play again! 1st •If she breakes the door and the glass shatters Crouch when exiting the classroom it might help 2nd •if shes on her lovely mode and wanting to play with you, You must hide in a locker in the classroom, etc. you will receive medic. 3rd •if she knows where you are going or entering, hide in the lockers and Crouch, she might see you or deff. open the locker you are hiding in. You might be confused because sometimes she goes on your back. if you look down you might see her bloody hand and a knife. 5th •if theres a bathroom and shes chasing you hide in one of those toilets and crouch (same thing as the locker) she sometimes peek through, checking if you are there sometimes she rewards you with medic for playing and sometimes she stabs you 6th •if she chases you with pink eyes and turns to red quickly turn around her and calm her down, use Q to calm many starter people might learn that Thats all! :D
