In short I have to ask you high refresh rate consumes more battery on playing video on UA-cam or it is used in Gaming and scrolling app or information?

Refresh rate of display has nothing to do with video capturing.. for video recording there are few options (24fps, 30fps, 60fps) - higher the fps, smoother the video is!

Usually watch ytub vedios at 360p. Started watching the vedio felt like the vedio streaming may b 480 or 720p. Went to check but found its 360p onlyy. After sometim found the real reason... Yea this vedio quality is really smooth.. Even at 240p th vedio quality is nice 😀😀

i will say it by experience - switching from 60 hz to 90 hz doesn't feels much increase in smoothness or speed .. but AND A BIG BUT switching back from 90hz to 60hz feels like the phone is damn slow! i recently switched from OP7 pro to iphone xr and it does feels how slow 60hz actually is.
