- Time to kick it into full gear and make some epic shin guards for the next installment of my custom Red Hood Cosplay. For this build, I used: 10mm, 6 mm, 4 mm, and 2 mm EVA foam, metal quick-release buckles, nylon strapping, 1-inch elastic banding, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, and some acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a Dremel with various bits, a heat gun, a wood burner, and an Xacto knife or box cutter. Let me know in the comments below if you would like to see more like this one, from shows, video games, or whatever. Please smack that like button, dropkick subscribe, and share with as many people as possible.

Your Builds are AWESOME...greetings from Jamaica
Glad you like them!
THEY LOOK SO COOL IMMA HAVE TO MAKE THIS AFTER MY IRON MAN SUIT
I'm glad you like them. The template is up and in the description when you're ready.
@@MuchProps you are alegend for always putting out them as free
Great job as usual, man. Can't wait for the template!
I'm glad you like it. Templates usually take another couple of hours to put together after the video is done. Typically, I have them up by noon the next day after the video release.
Wow...!!! Este Cosplay vale Oro, Felicitaciones MUCHProps
😁👊
Probably the best shin guard I've ever seen made of eva foam. Will try to do them for my red hood cosplay
Thanks. 👊 let me know how it goes.
Those are looking awesome. I’d really like to see how they look with the lights in.
It will be a build coming up for sure.
YES 🥺 YOU ARE GREAT KING 👊
🤗
Looking awesome.
Thanks
Top red hood dellds❤❤😮😮😮
Thanks
Those look very cool and will look epic with all the rest, for sure. One thing I did with mine when I made my Mando Heavy was I put small metal hooks at the bottom of the shin guards and in the middle of the boot covers. They caught in the laces and kept them from sliding around as I walked. A small thing but made walking around the con so much easier. Love your designs, Thomas. Definitely adding these to my collection. Thank you!
That's a smart tip. I might have to add that at the end to mine. May add that in the lighting video. If I do, I will give you a shout-out for the suggestion
Muchas gracias por todas sus plantillas sus tutoriales son excelentes aprendo mucho
Glad I could help
Loving this new "series" of videos
The hole set is looking AWESOME
Hope to see more vídeos like this😊
Thanks. I'm really enjoying how it is turning out
wow. looks like it's factory made (3d printed or molded) looks very clean and also very cool
Thanks. Hopefully, the lighting will take it to the next level.
King fabric raffle 👊
Not exactly sure what fabric raffle is.
😅no no, I'm saying what fabric did you raffle 👊 with the boots I just have those black ones in another model 😅
Turned out great, I am loving the overall detail of the outfit so far, keep up the great work!
Thanks so much. It is coming together quick
Awesome as usual waiting for the template just need to remember to scale it id down. i love the simplicity of your stuff it builds confidence for guys like me that cant draw to to save my life
Thanks. The template is up and ready to go. Glad I can make things more accessible to others. Let me know how yours goes
Loving the momentum you have going!
Thanks. I often burn out and lose interest during full cosplay builds. So I am trying to knock it all out at once
👍Always leave a like so that KING THOMAS will thank you from the bottom of his heart. 👊
😁👊 thank you my friend.
Simply perfect 👊, Thomas, please make some props for the game Bloodborne, I beg you 😔✊
Thanks for the suggestion
Idea!💡 I love this build. I was thinking though. What if you redid all your parts that’s are painted with red with duplicolor metalcast red spray paint? I think this would give it that awesome metal finish since this is used on silver/chrome rims to make them look anodized red 🤷🏼♂️ could give it a different feel, aligned more with that futuristic feel. but love what you are doing any way ❤
That would look cool. My only concern would be the paint cracking. I've never used Duplicolor Metalcast on EVA. That helmet is pretty snug and needs a little flexibility when I put it on. The color would look nice though
I should complete the cosplay by making the guns and the knife to have the complete cosplay
Knife is coming soon, and I have plans to mod some air soft guns.
I’m so glad that you decided to do this build because I’m following it myself and taking the tips from you. How long have you been working with eva foam?
I have been working with EVA specifically for about 7 years.
Greetings from Europe!
I'm amazed your works. 😀
Is there any chance to make some historical helmet, for example burgonet helmet, or late roman Berkasovo style helmet?
Thanks the answer, and sorry for my Bad english 😊
I have made a few historical builds. A couple of helmets, masks, weapons, and a few other random bits here and there. If you go to the helmets or weapons playlists, you can find the easier that searching through the 500+ videos that I have.
@@MuchProps thank you, I saw the samurai, the corinthian, viking style and the Morion too, I liked them 😁 (my favorit is the corinthian), but some less famous type will be amazing too. Like the late roman Berkasovo, the hellenistic thracian, or xvi. Centaury burgonet, or even a napoleonic Era dragoon or cuirassier type. 🙂
I hope I gave some good idea.
I like your props. 🙂
Can you do some 3D printing in your future videos?
There may be some builds in the future that I may try and bust out the 3D printer for.
I tried to get the template and the URL can’t seem to locate it.
I am currently having to change links to a different service because Adobe discontinued file sharing. Go to my website www.muchpropsstudios.com, click on templates, and go to full cosplay builds. You will find it in the Red Hood section. I have to relink over 250 templates to videos.
@@MuchProps thank you, I found it on the website. I appreciate helping me out with that!
where is the template link?
Says coming soon, he'll probably post tomorrow ish
Please be patient. They take an extra couple of hours to put together after the build is done. Typically, I upload them the next day by noon. It is currently up.
@@MuchProps Sorry I didn't know it was posted 2 days ago. I thought it was older.
Cod piece next 🥹
LOL. Don't think this build will have one. With the utility belt and leg gun holsters, it probably wouldn't work well.
