    Thank you for posting a great video mate. The rock is getting harder as the road is being cut on this section. It is no problem for the D7g and MST 300 Excavator. The operators keep on cutting through the material at a steady and productive pace. I like it 👍catch you on the next video. 🙂🙂

    The D7 and D85 Komatsu (my choice) are perfect for this. Less fuel and fast cycle times tell that story. Nice job. I hope it doesn't rain before this is graded and packed. Water and clay make YUCK. Great footage. Retirement sucks eh, LOL. This operator has spent a long time in places like this. Nice and smooth and not getting cocky with the R side of the cut. It is easy enough to do as an inexperienced newbie to have a hair straight back ride down a 1 to 1 slope. I did it just once and was once was enough eh.The slope was a bunch less steep about 1/2 way down.

    • @Greyder_mehmet
      @Greyder_mehmet  8 місяців тому

      Hello sir, enjoy your retirement, travel around :) I hope you will always be well. Sometimes one misses the past, but when it comes to the dozer, the d7 is definitely a very serial machine. It is measured for our work, most importantly, there is no malfunction, it ends the day well, your comments are valuable, thank you.

    Havin a grader to tune the road as you are pushing is a real blessing. Few times I had one and of course they sent a lowbed in far too early with a feller buncher that got 1/2 way up and we/he had to unload on the slope. Management like that needs to spend a bunch of time on the jump seat without the option to jump. That usually smartens them up eh. Talented people here today eh. The corner shanks and bits sure take a lot of the work and maintence Them all the others I have change hundreds of them over 40 years.

    • @Greyder_mehmet
      @Greyder_mehmet  8 місяців тому +1

      Hello sir, you are very right, but we have to act in line with the possibilities, dozer and excavator receive heavy maintenance every two seasons, grader works very hard, greetings from Turkey.

      @@Greyder_mehmet I live and worked in the Mountains of BC Canada. We are a logging and road building is all part of getting to the wood to market.A was a HD Mechanic and machinist when not out there running all the machines and part time forman responsible for everything. Including dealing with the Forest Service. I am retired now and sure miss those high pressure days. Days would fly right pass us if II let it, LOL.

      We serviced equip every 300 hours aside from daily greasing by the operator, Then at 600 hours and at 1000 hours every drop of oil/coolant a machine had stocked up. Most times the 1000 hour was done in the bush but sometimes get done in the shop at home. With 5 full logging shows and our road builders we had 18 log trucks and 5 pieces on every block. add on support trucks full of Hydraulic hoses and crimpers and various other things known to fail we had it all figured out to keep every machine moving@@Greyder_mehmet if the tracks or wheels weren't moving something was wrong somewhere. I sure miss it all.

    This operator is a real poet. Every move made with the G's blade is placing material or gouging it out. Stone or rock always presents challenges to any earthmoving machine. Keeping that blade full = production.

    Maestro buldozero, voy a dar mi humilde opinion, el sobre acarreo de naterial te está consumiendo mucho combustible, solo balconea tu material unos 10 metros, te quita mucho tiempo ir y venir acarreando tu materia, el otro punto es porqué no perfilas tu talud? No creo valla al 1x1, minimo debe tener una inclinacion del 1 al 1/4, otra observacion, porqué no subes 2 zancos para que con solo uno trabajes? Esta hermoso el 7 pero con los 3 zancos estas forzando mucho al motor, saludos desde Puebla, Mexico
