Love this model, upon DP, possible to request to modify the bedroom on ground floor, not just a maid's quarter but for an elderly mom . Is there a discount for spot cash DP? Also for the developers, they must upgrade the bathroom sinks/floating vessel with storage cabinet, for that almost P8M TCP. Home searchers can't really find a property that is really fully finished, if there is sky rocket price nmn, that i really don't understand. Here in US when you buy a property it is really a MOVE IN ready, always something unfinish or undone project there.
