I've been on one of those busses in 6.5h journey from London to Brussels . By far the most comfy and relax trip I ever had by buss . The individual left seats on the 2nd floor are amazing .
Thank you for this detailed review. I'm planning a trip to Vienna from Berlin in August. Do you recommend a regiojet bus trip instead of the train? Thank you
Looks very nice. I would still like a little bit bigger seats, so it is more comfortable to sleep there. When I was travelling around Peru they had amazing night buses. Very comfortable, inexpensive. I wish something like that was in Europe.
@@DamonFord-t2b Those seats seems smaller like what you would find on Marcopolo buses 2x1 buses. Speaking of Peru Marcopolo or Comil buses from Brazil seem to be popular and those have pretty huge huge seats in the 2x1 config compared to these.
Indonesian overnight bus still the best for their service... especially in Java. They provide meal service in restaurant include their fare and some give passengers snack.
Although the seats are very comfy (I had a single seat on the upper deck), I didn't manage to sleep on the coach. But at least it didn't feel like my body was 'broken' after a 13hour journey.
Nicely done quick overview of the ride and the route. This bus would be great in the Baltic countries until they get proper high speed rail links between them, and into Poland. If I had to travel by bus, this one would be my first choice...unless a bus with lie-flat sleeper seats is available for the route and duration I need to travel.
Thank you! Yeah, maybe they will expand their routes to the Baltics at some point :) I hope to see some lie-flat sleeper bus routes in Europe in the near future. 😀
Hey man, I have a doubt about RegioJet bag and services. Last vacation I had Flixbus and hated a lot the experience in Germany, they were rude dind't care about a nice experience and a friend told me that they lost her bag, like, someone stolled. How's the bag in RegioJet? They give u something to keep protect the bag or is the same?
RegioJet is always market maker - he changed the bus service in Czech republic and then in whole europe - first company using entertaiment sreens in a busses (previously known only from top class plains), also as first one started having plugs in his busses for charging electronic devices - phones, notebooks etc.) now its standart in any bus or train within Czech republic and in recent years in some european companies, they also started providing free WIFI to all its busses as a very first in Europe - and very long time were the only one on the EUmarket, they were also the firs in europe providing free hot drinks on the board served by stuardess, now due to cutting costs self service, and cold drings and snacks and basic but very good quality food for very-very small charge. And now when the terrible, overpriced and always late green company trys to destroy them - they have to come with another innovation and again offer the best service for very cheep price on the european market - and they DID IT !!!!
Overhead is not that important as long the recline is ok…I love travel on this DD coaches thought i too love driving car or riding motorcycle long distances
You certainly have some fancy, well equipped buses there. In the US you have "Greyhound" bus line, however, never used it and doubt I ever will. In my opinion it is mostly for travelers who do not own a car or have the means for more expensive transportation (in other words .......). Besides, the bus terminals are at some out-of-the-way locations in town (and not necessarily a safe neighborhood). Not a winning combination.
@@BalticTraveller Well, be ready for more bad experiences. Rather you than me as the saying goes and who knows, I could be wrong. Looking forward to all your videos.
Europe is safe and neighorhoods are usually very friendly. That us the difference. I think it cac happen, but exceptionally rarelly to get some station where you do not feel safe, same with train station. Well equiped and very comfort traveling in most parts of Europe

Woooow ...... I see RegioJet train in Rijeka,Croatia !!!
Wow these looks great actually. Wouldn't like to be in the middle at the back of the top deck! :D

I’m Japanese bus fan.
You can travel cheaply on such a luxurious bus. I like Setra S531 very much.

Bigger seats? How can you get bigger seats than a 2-1 configuration? The seats on these new RegioJet busses are huge 😂

Must be Marcopolo or Comil buses from Brasil. They have some of the biggest seats in 2x1 config.

Great trip. Ah yes, brand new Setra TopClass. I'm curious, is there any stop in Rest Area/Gas Station along the journey?
Thank you :) We didn't stop at any rest areas/gas stations along this journey.
The drivers made 1 or two stops at a petrol station on the way from Brno to Bologna (about 13hour journey).
Which side on the upper deck of Regiojet bus will offer a better view during day trip... Left or right side seats?
Do they or any operator have berth in busses?
Nice review... Just wan ask are you sleep well in the bus? I planning to take night bus from Prague to Krakow (Poland). I'm worry hard to sleep...
Thank you. I usually sleep well on buses, but I know that many people cannot sleep at all on buses.
Although the seats are very comfy (I had a single seat on the upper deck), I didn't manage to sleep on the coach. But at least it didn't feel like my body was 'broken' after a 13hour journey.
I am planning this trip but I am not sure about it. Is it worth going to Amsterdam for 2-3 days?
Amsterdam is definitely worth a visit, even if only for a few days. :)
If you haven't been yet, yes! It's very busy on weekends, more laid back during the week.

Hi, nice tripreport. Can I have a question, how did you done map animation of your route?
Thank you! This is a very simple animation made in Keynote. You can find some tutorials on UA-cam 🙂
@@BalticTraveller Thank you very much :)
You're welcome!
Wow. It looks super nice. I get one problem only. How about the WIFI network quality onboard since I am considering working from the bus. XD
Sadly, I didn't check the quality of WiFi onboard so couldn't confirm if it's good or not, apologies
I went on this bus last week. Can confirm that the WiFi quality is good! And it's free.
Are there stil hostesses/stewardess in thebus ?
Hello. There was no stewardess in the bus
I’ve buy the bus ticket for April 2024, is there any possibility they cancel the bus? Since i will stop at frankfurt airport to catch afternoon flight
Are there two drivers on the bus or only one? Great video btw.
Hi, there were 2 drivers on the bus
@@BalticTraveller thanks for the answer!!
thank you
I'm looking at tickets, and I'm wondering if there is a difference in the recline angle from the downstairs (standard) and upstairs (special) seats.

I wish there was better train connection from Prague to other countries, I absolutely hate buses.
I begged my mom to do this she said yes but I live in Kaiserslautern….

I will try "Greyhound" next time I visit the US 😃 I tried Megabus in the US once and had a bad experience :D

Jest WiFi
The vending machine is uneccessary and the space would provide more income from an exatra seat, People can pre buy before boarding what they need IMHO
