The setup with the car in the garage is most likely a Mazda rx7 as on the shelf there is a part of a rotary engine and the mazda rx7 has a rotary engine also the shape from what you can see on the front of the car looks to be and rx7 front edit: also if you look closely there is also pop up headlights which is on the rx7
the bit with the L brackets holding up the pc giving you anxiety was funny to me. I have mine sitting on an invisible shelf (no visible brackets) and I definitely had trouble sleeping the first few weeks hahaha. Now it's been 5 years that it's up there :D
I'm planning on putting a shelf up to put my PC on, so I went looking for ideas and I've found same concern being said on almost every post I found. What I find ironic about it is that nobody bat's an eye about wall mounting 60+ inch TV's which can weigh as much as or more than a PC.
That basement one would have been so cool if you modified like a 2000 desktop to be like a 4090 - Ryzen 9 X3D, that would have really made it full circle
You seem like the kind of guy that would benefit greatly from picking up a 3d printer (perhaps one of those sick bambulab x1 carbons - they look great and can do awesome multi-color prints without taking up too much space) - you can use them to create custom cable management, cooling, lighting, rgb, and all kinds of other upgrades for various setups. they're great for all kinds of custom brackets, stands, fan mounts, etc. etc. I have several 3d printers of different makes and love using them for various computer setup projects (I'm an IT consultant by trade and they really come in handy). they've gotten so easy to use in the past few years that I can't help but recommend them to pretty much anyone who wants to add custom unique bits to their setup.
Hah, yep, the black and yellow's gone! Most of the stuff I had in the office for yellow accents is down in our living room now (which is whitewash, grey, and yellow!). I've got an all new layout I'm testing out and absolutely loving so far. Bit more to finish, then maybe it'll be time for yet another Setup Wars submission. :D
I know Boosted Media has a whole sim racing setup in his garage and I think he is completely fine with it. He stays in his garage filming videos and getting work done for hours, so building a setup in your garage might actually be fine! :)
Crazy how in the garage build left top corner u can see a triangle from a rotary engine which can tell us he is a fan so his car could be an RX7 n the door looks like it too💪🏻🔥
13:18 I'm pretty sure that's an modified Mazda RX7 FD, judging mostly by the rotary piston on the shelf and the car door on the right. Or the parts could be unrelated and that's a Viper? Really hard to say as its far from being stock
actually hot air rises the best place for an exhaust fan is the highest points of the case.! makes me happy to see some one else that will arrange their fans properly...!intake at the lowest point exhaust at the highest
13:17 - Looks like a Mazda RX7 FD to me. Judging by how round the door next to the set up is, and the hood looks to be a FD3S Spec AD9 hood. Actually I do see the Wankel engine rotar in the shelf in the upper left, so it's definitely an RX7 FD.
the one with the floating pc, it is most likely threaded rod. I saw an experiment and it held up the weight of a man jumping on it so i think it's safe to say it's strong enough
The car is probably a corvette. Wild guess lmao but great video Ed!!! I literally just started watching you a month ago and since then I've been upgrading my PC. I recently bought an h5 flow case have built the components in it all by myself from watching your videos. Huge thanks to you!
as for the garage setups. Car fans such as myself love the smell of tires and oil. Weird I know but its a nice smell to us. I would love to have my setup in my garage with the smell of my car behind me. Also im pretty sure the car in the video is a Viper.
I like your wood setup tip, but I beg to differ. it only works if you use darker wood tones, but a birch desk or just any light wood desk is gonna look better against a white wall.
The car door at least is from an FD RX7 just from the shape and handle placement, and I think the car is just a HEAVILY modified RX7, lets just hope its got a rotary still in it
Hey ed just wanna say that your pc guides are amazing also can you make a custon galaxy themed pc with the new amd 7900xtx starfield gpu i watched certain builds bt i know yours are gonna be better , anyways love your videos.
Would this be a good pc build for 617?( I’m on a budget) CPU: Intel® Core™ 12th Gen i3-12100F Motherboard: GIGABYTE B760M C RAM: Silicon Power DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) Zenith 6000MHz SSD: TEAMGROUP T-Force CARDEA Z440 1TB GPU: SOYO Radeon RX6600M 8GB from Aliexpress PSU: MSI MAG A550BN Gaming Power Supplyr Case: Cooler Master Q300L V2
@adlawd's Mazda FD3S RX7 with a 554hp 13B engine (ive seen the car in person he lives in sydney australia) the engine was built from scratch I heard and almost everything is modded
Hello Everyone I have 2 1660 super that I want to turn into a Gaming setup. Can you please give recommendations for cpu, motherboard and ram? I have power supply need a motherboard that supports 2 gpu
the car must be an mazda rx7 FD because of the Pop up headlights you can Kind of See and an rotary spinner on his shelf giving an idea what engine He might have in his car(the rx7 had a rotary engine)

No
yippee warthunder
War Thunder is one of a kind, such an awesome game, been playing it for almost 8 years!
If you send me a mousepad ill post an updated version of the white setup
I can't get War Thander because I have no gaming setup,XBOX,PS4 or 5 😅 but I use a phone
that’s painting part was the funniest thing i’ve seen all day, especially the part where you said “stay down, its video time right now! 😂❤
💀💀
The setup with the car in the garage is most likely a Mazda rx7 as on the shelf there is a part of a rotary engine and the mazda rx7 has a rotary engine also the shape from what you can see on the front of the car looks to be and rx7 front
edit: also if you look closely there is also pop up headlights which is on the rx7
The door is also from an rx7
@@BrandonBeirneyeah the door shape/curve looks like an Rx7
It's a dodge viper but my guy is a rotary fan also
It's defenitely an rx7. It has a very recognizable front end, for sure has a dope bodykit tho.
I figured it would have a body kit, looks wild!
You can assume it's an RX7 just by the Rotary sitting on the shelf ! Love that
garage setup isn't good unless you wait for car engine to cool off, otherwise youll be breathing carbon monoxide.
yes sir it is

@@T0X1C89that’s because no one puts their weight on a tv. And it’s not hanging away from the wall so it’s a lot more stable
The setup with the car has a body kit on it so it makes it much harder to tell .
its an FD RX7
How?@@Hugeh123
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
@@Hugeh123bro same asnwer
look at the rotor on the shelf. its definitely and rx7.

13:33 it might be a modified Mazda RX-7....judging by the rotor on the top shelf
Hah, yep, the black and yellow's gone! Most of the stuff I had in the office for yellow accents is down in our living room now (which is whitewash, grey, and yellow!).

Ya but does he keep his car in there too?
@@TechSource Yeah, he has a car in his garage, not sure what it was, but it is definitely a car with an engine.
@@TechSource Yes Boosted Media has a Lotus Emira in his Garage with the sim rig
“You shouldn’t care what anyone has to say about your setup”, meanwhile people send in applications, to get their setup rated😂
Crazy how in the garage build left top corner u can see a triangle from a rotary engine which can tell us he is a fan so his car could be an RX7 n the door looks like it too💪🏻🔥
Ed, having grandma in your setup photos boosts up votes by at least 30%
13:18 I'm pretty sure that's an modified Mazda RX7 FD, judging mostly by the rotary piston on the shelf and the car door on the right. Or the parts could be unrelated and that's a Viper? Really hard to say as its far from being stock
“Rotary piston” lol
edgar: "don't care one anyone else thinks! it's your setup"
also edgar 2 seconds later: "ah, its so pink!"
7:50 Is indeed was worth a shot. Ask again in a week or so Christmas Present 🤣🤣
Definitely not everyones cup of tea with the rgb , but its mine and i think its fine *drops mic*
The car in the garage setup is a Mazda rx7 fd from late 90s to earlier 2000s the rx7 was a very clean jdm car
The car looks like a modded body Porsche but I am not sure
looks like a 93-96 fd rx7 judging on the rotary and door
Anyone know What the car was?
That painting was really something else. I would like to hang some like that on my wall. 😁😁
12:00 the car is a mazda rx7, you can tell that from the door on the right
It's possibly fd Mazda RX7, he has a picture of a rotary's rotor on the top shelf and the door is a door from the FD
6:49 a man of culture 😂😂😂😂
actually hot air rises the best place for an exhaust fan is the highest points of the case.! makes me happy to see some one else that will arrange their fans properly...!intake at the lowest point exhaust at the highest
The car setup is easily the coolest flex in a setup I've ever seen.
Ok but what car was that in the garage?
my guess is an rx7 with some aggressive bodykit, you can kind of see the popup headlight, also there's a rotor of the shelf as well!@@TechSource
@@TechSource its McLaren 720S
@@ttero agree it's a rx7, also the rotary engine part on shelf gave it away too
@@TechSourceviper acr
I didnt even notice the painting on the thumbnail 😂
Finally some setups with custom desks and not that same ikea over and over again.
3:53 I was more blown by the mini Alex drawer inside the PC
"It's a nice beautiful painting"😂😂
Bro where do you sell your mouse pads, I wanna buy one
The Car in ADLAWD"s Setup is a Mazda RX7 btw
12:35 You really think that Viper is leaking oil on the floor and it's tires aren't coated in armorall? lolol
That car door isn't random - it's so he can wind the window down when he gets too hot! 13:10
the car is an rx7, theres a hint in the room on the shelf, a rotor from a rotary engine (came in the rx7). also looks just like a rx7 door.
Svanir´s setup is on top of everything
13:17 - Looks like a Mazda RX7 FD to me. Judging by how round the door next to the set up is, and the hood looks to be a FD3S Spec AD9 hood. Actually I do see the Wankel engine rotar in the shelf in the upper left, so it's definitely an RX7 FD.
That setup must smell pretty bad after some cold starts 😂
the car is an FD Mazda rx7 another indicator is the rotary engine prop he has to the top left shelve.
Would certainly say the car is an FD Rx7 judging by the rotor on the shelf and the door.
agree
the one with the floating pc, it is most likely threaded rod. I saw an experiment and it held up the weight of a man jumping on it so i think it's safe to say it's strong enough
Congrats on 3.69 million subs 🥳
I think that art is clever and tasteful. nothing wrong with it.
I'm surprised you don't have a 3d printer by now, it would be a great addition to the channel cause they're so versatile
The car is probably a Rx 7 with some mods
Ed, I love the comedy in your videos now when something inappropriate comes up🤣
The car is probably a corvette. Wild guess lmao but great video Ed!!! I literally just started watching you a month ago and since then I've been upgrading my PC. I recently bought an h5 flow case have built the components in it all by myself from watching your videos. Huge thanks to you!

Pretty sure the car is a highly modded mazda rx7. Very jdm and probably tuned and done as a personal project. Very nice car and setup
I like your wood setup tip, but I beg to differ. it only works if you use darker wood tones, but a birch desk or just any light wood desk is gonna look better against a white wall.
Hey Carrie I picked up the rising tree many computer been working great love it thank you
If you glue a bolt inside a hole in the wall and mount the table to it.... I´d be more worried about the wood failing where the bolt ends.
The car door at least is from an FD RX7 just from the shape and handle placement, and I think the car is just a HEAVILY modified RX7, lets just hope its got a rotary still in it
thats what i thought to

It looks like a lambo or a farrari or a corvette
for the guy that has the car in the room judging by the Rotar up on the shelf ima go with 3rd gen rx7 heavily modified

How did you miss the AIO laying flat at the bottom along with the 2 flipped fans. All the air is definitely trapped in the AIO PUMP.
13:31 mazda rx7
I would be able to build a setup in my garage if it weren't for the fact that my car burns oil when its less that 65 degrees outside lol
Love the vids

The car in that garage setup is the RX-7 FD
Garage build would smell so good 😅 love the smell of gas. Looks like a Dodge Viper last generation

@adlawd's Mazda FD3S RX7 with a 554hp 13B engine (ive seen the car in person he lives in sydney australia) the engine was built from scratch I heard and almost everything is modded
You could probably get the files for that cup holder and send it to someone with a printer and pay a commission for it
