It's been a long and difficult year for the three novices of Sovereign, but it is now time for them to take their final exam to become official members of the guild. Laura offers them a chance to take the exam together or alone. Surprisingly, Shaun is determined to do this himself. Is that a good idea?
Happy Sovereign anniversarry in 3 days! (March 6th) The focus of this episode is on Shaun's battle, so you'll notice how much less effort I put into the rest of the scenes, LOL. But thank you everyone for watchig my Livestreams and supporting me! Next episode is the season finale for Season 1 of Sovereign! I hope you're ready for an epic finale... (Season 2 is where all the fun, drama, and intensity begins!)

-Kyle is extremely skilled in energy control that he doesn't even need to use a weapon. Shaun loses his wand, and fights well despite that.

This. The lighting, the effort put into each battle, each scene. The music was chosen perfectly. The last scene was just stunning. This is possibly my all time favorite episode of Sovereign so far, and I absolutely love it! Michelle, along with Drew, you did an absolutely amazing job with this episode, you kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time, and I just want to thank you for making such an amazing series~!
Wow. I started to watch this series yesturday and I don't regret doing so. Before then, I had given up on maple series since none of them really intrigued me... but this one did. I love how each of the characters have their own style and nice background stories- and all of that, sprinkled with romance and action. This is incredibly original; I've never seen anything like this before. You deserve all of these views and I'm definitively excited for the next episode. Keep 'em coming :)
just finished watching this episode, i can honestly say that this gave me some major goosebumps from how incredibly epic this is.

As always, the cinematic effects are amazing. Loved the plot and the minor things such as the background music, the script, the layered grass, the lighting as mimi stated, the wind, and the minor sound effects, etc. I feel like the fighting scenes were a bit short and a bit ended abruptly: the transition (sudden black) between the fights and the end could have been smoother (choosing where in the fight to cut it off). Otherwise, another great vid! As always, I can't wait for the next one!

I like your details in your animation and the storytelling is pretty awesome as well. One thing which I dont really like is the sunlight. It looks good and all, but if you try to make it realism then there should be shadow and such like that. Aswell as its way too bright which you cant see the character pretty well. I do like the effect, but you just need to use it better. The fighting is getting really better. Love to see More. Gratz, DotDot.

@XandreasX I think it was better to make it obvious without having to state it was the leader :P if it was a "guess who" kind of thing, it wouldn't make as much sense since none of the other characters are as good of a match to put in combat against shaun to make a groundbreaking impact for the episode. but that's just imo :)
