I can't understand moderation, but I understand that they try to make everything more liberal to profit, not just from children, but from adults and teenagers as well. Roblox will probably be classified as a game for a slightly larger household in a few years, as both children and adults are already on the platform. And I don't know if there's really any way to judge the creators of these products, after all, everyone wants to make some profit.
My biggest problem with ugc is, roblox made it really expensive to post ugcs that are purchasable on the website. To get around this, people make the item “free” in game, and you buy it with a gamepass or a t shirt. This causes all kinds of issues with overbuying, and getting a refund, you’re basically at the mercy of the creator. This is super wrong, I can imagine kids spending hundreds of robux for an item, not being able to get it, then having to deal with non-existent roblox support to get their robux back. So messed up.
A few years back I made a dominus infernus fit with the old UGC, just to make it look like it. Now you can just get an offbrand dominus for cheap. I do not like the new UGC, but its so much easier to make fits now. However I don't like any of the copyrighted stuff though.
They could barley handle the game before public ugc what the hell were they thinking making it public, this has to be a sign they just gave up because this is just pathetic
