Good question! You just need good info to make tp decisions. Then you'll know if your tp is being camped or not e.g sova dart, Kayo knife or Skye flash. Or... minimap and notice who shows up where. End of the day, its based on probability right?
Also.. its hidden impact if enemy camps it or you fake tp. Less numbers on site etc.
