3:16 - Chromatic Scales
3:43 - Major Broken Triads
5:11 - Minor Broken Triads
6:15 - Major Blocked (Solid) Triads
7:40 - Minor Blocked (Solid) Triads)
8:41 - Broken Dominant 7th Chords
11:41 - Blocked Dominant 7th Chords
13:41 - Major Tonic Arpeggios
15:04 - Minor Tonic Arpeggios
