- made 2020/04/20. Ropa Vieja (shredded beef) over white rice & black beans. Made with 2lbs beef chuck roast (best made with flank steak). Excuse the darkness & audio as I used a tablet to film. My laptop died 9 months ago so no PC to use real digital camera. Side note forgot to include 1 tbs of white vinegar which can replace the soy sauce. Enjoy & experiment with different ingredients.
