- The plaintiff and defendant dated in 1990, but they broke up after a few months. They eventually reconnected when he was in prison, and he moved in with her when he got out. He claims she evicted him, so he’s suing for illegal eviction and emotional distress. The defendant says she supported the plaintiff financially and emotionally when he was in prison. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.
So she financially supported him while he was in prison and then let him live with her for FREE . He decides to sue her for kicking him out of her house? He’s trifling asf.
