#FatherDaughterDuet I met the lady of my dreams online in 2012. She was in Canada, and I was in California. This song became a signature for us. This song's' meaning would not come about until November 14th, 2012, when I was asked to leave Canada, and ordered to stay out of the Country for the following 12 months. We had to say our goodbyes (physically) at the border. This song offered us, but mostly me the strength I needed. We made it through those 12 months, whereas, I was able to return to Canada with supervised visits, then in June 2014, our wedding, then in September, my application for residency. We made our home in the land of the North, soon to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Beautiful and well done by you both.
