Collingwood land a big fish and traded a first round pick they didn’t need as Tom McGuane is a top 3 protagonist in next year’s draft
I actually didn’t mind our trade period.
Kennedy is a steal, but losing Macrae and Daniel hurt.
We made finals without Smith this year, so whatever.
We also have picks 17 & 25 which could net a young gun.
Overall not bad.
Maybe not so bad with Daniel either, he did play a lot of VFL this year. What I'm worried about is the Cats; the lineup that came within ten points of a grand final (and, if they had made the granny, let's be honest, probably a flag given the Swans seemingly forgot to get off the bus) plus Smith? I don't think anybody is looking forward to their team playing Geelong next year.
