It may take a bit longer in the toaster oven in my experience, but the toaster oven I used was old/crappy. I dont use a pan in toaster oven, just a foil liner for the Salmon and it seemed to cook through a lot better.
Sockeye salmon, aka Red salmon has a great flavour but is very expensive 'fresh' here in Australia. So the regular fish farmed Tassie salmon it has to be. I don't mind it baked, but much prefer it broiled or pan fried when the skin is on. Thanks for another great recipe Melanie. 👍🤤😀
I've been looking for a recipe for this and I know i can always trust you !! Thanks Melanie!!

Here it also costs twice as much as farmed salmon
That was easy enough to do. Looks good!
Thank you! 😊
The lemon is optional?
Yes, it’s still tasty without the lemon but lemon makes it even better 😋😋
Socks on salmon that’s not good.
Lol 🤣🤣🤣

I assumed you were just trying to be funny - word play "sockeye salmon" sounds like "socks on salmon" :) Sockeye salmon is a type of salmon.
