Normally we remitted the entire amount to the real estate dealer account through legal banking chanel and he purchased property on our name. in this way we cannot get PRC from the bank but we do have proof of remittances and holding Foreign exchange Remittance Card FERC . HOW CAN WE SATISFY FBR. AND WHERE TO SHOW IN TAX RETURN FORM. THANKSSS
1st amount must be transferred into personal account. 2nd for any property amout shall be paid through your personal account if property on your name In future difficult for tax payers if amout not paid from tax payers account
