Will this affect the lease I own or plan to buy? Or does this only affect new leases? From the perspective of the lease owner not house/ flat owners

I bought a flat on the 29/10/2022. The flat is 5 years old, has 119 years left. Can I use Leasehold reform act to scrap my ground rent?
