@@dasig3010 Different circumstances. North Korea and South Korea have a tense stand off; the two countries are still technically at war. Russia promising to aid Pyongyang with military technology is a direct threat to South Korea, which is not at war with Russia.
The 40+ countries that are aiding Ukraine decided to do so AFTER Russia invaded in 2022.
