Just so you know, that’s not an overheating problem that’s a problem with poor welds if you beat on these things the weld breaks and now it doesn’t work. there is replacement transmissions on Amazon. Idk how well they work though.
The whole transmission is only about $20-$30. KTMs suck also. We bought a new 2006 KTM adventure, it took 8 hours clutch work to get it adjusted enough to go up a small hill. It ate 2 ignitions in 6 months. The kids loved it, I hated it...nothing but trouble!
What happened. How did you know u were having a problem? My bike the rear wheel locked up . When i start it it takes off as if my hand is on the throttle but it isnt . Im wondering if this is same issue. Or what my problem is please help
I think I'd buy it. But I weigh 104 kg, do you think that motorcycle will take me? So that it doesn't fall apart under me. Don't know what the payload is?
Bike Bangers when mine broke I was going around a turn and hit it and it sounded like the chain popped and revved up a bit and then I could not turn it off for 3 mins

My 10yr old has been riding his hard for the past 6 months. About 100hrs on it. The company has sent me replacement carbs, brakes and a tire all free of charge.

Did it start dieseling? That’s where you can’t shut it off. When it broke on mine I’m the same weight I couldn’t shut it off for 3 mins

when the clutch plate broke did it keep the clutch engaged?

I had mine for less than 24 hours and it broke. It broke in the exact same spot
Buy a 35 dollar heavy duty trans from Amazon. Fixes it great
Jus had a 5 year old break the same part!!!! Did the weld work? I’m fixing to attempt it

No fucking way jb weld lol. A whole new usa engine 80$ on ebay... carb engine and gearbox

It definitely will not work. Save your 12$ towards an 80$ engine or 12$ clutch
