Love the great suiseki examples in your collection, but more than that I love how passionately you talk about them. I think the last one, representing the large plateau, impressed me the most.
At the risk of merely stating the obvious, I must say the last one was amazingly resemblant of a glacier or mountain by or in the ocean or a lake. Quite a fascinating video. Thank you for sharing, David!!
I'm also passionate about rocks and gems! Such vivid descriptions, I got pictures in my mind. I could almost see the tiny people, trees, and animals that formerly lived on them on tiny, far away planets! 😄
Hey David That's nice Yesterday I watch it in French today I can confirm if I understood correctly...hehe Have peaceful Christmas Holidays and stay healthy. Thanks for sharing
Thanks David. I’d love to know more about the custom made stands that the stones sit on. Both the stand under the stone and the display table they sit on. Can you do a video about that please. Nice one.
@@BonsaiSociety I was also thinking about the stands there amazing I have a beautiful stone but I can't find a good enough stand I imagine there customised to each individual The middle stone was really inspiring I was in awe like I was transported there
I love the small suiseki I have one which was collected from Death Valley in the sixties by a Scottish bonsai artist he had a stand and a lined box made to display it in. I love it and would like to get some more to start a small collection.
Thanks for sharing David my favourite was the last one, although I rather thought that the flat landscape looked like a sea bay with the ripples in it! I'll be keeping more of an eye out for rocks on coastal walks in the future!
The second one that you talked about was easily my favorite. Seigaku-ishi, I believe? I hope my spelling is correct. I've always found great interest in Suiseki, but have already gotten to the point where it feels like I've bitten off more than I can chew with the amount of bonsai/pre-bonsai I have taking up space!
Sir David ..you cant do this to me!! How im i going to explain Suiseki to my wife 😂😂😂 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️love the way you can realy hear passion in someone voice it becomes like poetry. Im new to bonsai ,i learn it has many dimensions. And you have a great taste of art . Thanks for sharing this great assemblage of Suiseki Greatings from The Netherlands .

Hello, Mr. Easterbrook! I have watched all your videos and learned a lot from them. You have not done a video on tools. Could you advice a good tools set/ company. I am very confused with all the brands saying, they are the best!
Beautiful stones . They really looks like landcapes.🥰
The last one is my favourite one, I see it as a vast lake with mountains at the far end shores
Yeah I also see it as an immense lake or an ocean crashing at the base of the mountains
Love the great suiseki examples in your collection, but more than that I love how passionately you talk about them.

Thank you they're so inspiring that I can't stop talking about them

This is so Interesting, I've never heard of these. The last one really seemed like a beautiful place to me.. You continue to educate us. Thank you!
They are all great but the last one, that comes in at about the 5:07 mark is really intriguing.
Your knowledge is incredible sir
Beautyful

It’s Very hard to choose a stone, they are all amazing. But the third one that looks like a moonstone ,is Very interesting.
The Tamba-ishi stone speaks to me, the must.
It's one of my favorites too!
The one that is a in my mind looks like a lake under a cliff
👍👍👍
