Both have great benefits. Cash app is much more simple and less "in your face" with news and notifications about stock movements. Overall, either one is a good starting off point for many beginner investors. :)

As mentioned, it's what you are comfotable with. I would start with small amounts as I learn more and get more comfortable with investing all together then start increasing my deposits. Maybe $20 a week then a few months later, $30 and so on. Best of luck on your journey.
