My motion blur keeps the oval the same size and doesn’t expand like yours, do you know what I might be doing wrong?
That's weird. Check the motion blur direction or angle
90 and 600. That's what gave me the same troubles my man. Good luck :)
You have to hit deselect before you motion blur
Photoshop will not allow me to create a circle with the Marquee tool, while the style is selected as Fixed Size.

Stuck at around 1:16. When I add the sparkle to the photo it’s really hard to see and doesn’t glow like yours
Maybe ur size is smaller. Check my size and follow it

@@WeJustClickme yeah I believe so, it just duplicates the shape with the black filling instead of turning into an outline
After defining the brush, u went to a new file to test the brush?
