I found one of these in a drawer one time and my dad told me it was my grandpa‘s which is cool kind of a weird what’s the practical use of this I don’t know why you would carry around pocket binocular Like the only practical use I would see this for would be birdwatching and if you’re doing that I would think you would bring your own proper binoculars
i have one of these, except its green, says 2.5x next to "coated lens", says "Young Optik" instead of Apex, and have more of a boxy shape instead of circular, picked it up at a thrift store a couple years back, not that bad of condition but like you said kinda feels flimsy and have to push on the open side to close
The reason why they have such a low magnification is because they were made for operas, so that you could get a closer look :)
I have the same one from my great grandfather. It is a very cool antique
Regards from Argentina 🇦🇷.
I have one like this but, painted green, open side says "Heit" tag side says "Coated Lens 2.5X" under that "Made in Japan"
Just bought the same one
But my open side says “travelers”
I got a love your friend in the background every time you say something yeah yeah😂
i got some from etsy in immaculate condition for only 60
Dollars or cents?
