The Nines, A Luxury Hotel, Portland

Come and check out my upscale accommodations at The Nines, a luxury hotel located in historic downtown Portland. This five-star hotel located next to Portland's Pioneer Square has an art forward style with an eighth floor lobby that has a soaring light bathed atrium that encompasses a restaurant, lounge, and a library where you can settle in and people watch while waiting for your room.
If you are a Tiffany fan you are going to love the decor. My room was replete with crystal accents, art, and robin's egg blue velvet sofas. The suite was huge with plenty of room to roam around and came with my own "room art" (for sale) available on a canvas in my bedroom.
The bath products are Gilchrist & Soames BeeKind label, an eco friendly label that uses honey which fits in perfectly with the hotel as they keep hives on the roof.
With good weather in short supply the first sunny day had me scrambling to book a last minute trip to the Columbia River Gorge and Multnomah Falls. Multnomah Falls was amazing. I can see why it is the most visited recreation site in the Pacific Northwest with more than 2 million visitors each year.
