I'm in the UK and speaking from just the economic pov.... I would say If you are earning 1.25L+per month as single or 2L+ as couple or if you are able to easily save 50k-100k per month (as per your situation) in india then don't come to UK. (everything after taxes) you may slightly save more in UK, but you have family in India... Yes work-life balance is definitely a lot better in the UK. That's just my opinion. I don't have plan to stay in UK for more than 5 years. everyone's situation and preferences are different.
But if you earn this amount as a salary than half of the amount will get taxed ( government is taking high tax but not give any good service ) employees are dying due to overwork for example ey company employee ca

I have 6plus years of work experience. I have appplied for 1 year master course which is of 16months' taking summer breaks into consideration. I have put in my life savings and have taken partial loan. I am planning to come back to indian after my studies is it worth. As i am expecting my visa decision.
Bro! I’m planning to move to Edinburgh from Aberdeen. As I can work from anywhere in Scotland. I was wondering if you could guide me where can I find the flats at the best prices
Having seen so many of my visa sponsored friends get laid off from big companies, I feel its a risk, especially with a family. If you are alone, its worth trying to come here for a good role. But probably not as a student.
Hi ritwik, Hope you are ok. My sister has done double masters and she is holding the job offer of scientist at the moment but as you know the threshold has gone up and the salary she is being offered is one thousand difference from the threshold. Please guide me some guidance what to do in such situation. Her visa is also expiring very soon. Please let me know.
Hello, Had similar issues at my workplace. The sponsor needs to offer according to on going rates / £38700 per year whatever is higher. Otherwise visa rejection
Hey! That is a really small gap. She can easily negotiate that with her employer. Either they can increase the salary. Or if they don’t agree to do that, she can ask if she can contribute 1000 to the cost of sponsorship herself and in return they increase her salary by 1000.
@@Dream_UK ritwik Thank you so much for your response. Its NHS , so not sure whether she can ask them if she can pay 1000. Please let me know . Please 🙏
India is even worse poor public healthcare facilities and private healthcare is so expensive , pollution air and water , corruption , lack of infrastructure development , unemployment , toxic work , no safety for women even doctor is not safe in hospital , government promote hindu muslim conflict rather than development , poor facilities available
I have 05 years of experience in HR and my age is 31. I have done Mba and want to know if its right decision for me to go for masters in UK? Will I be able to get visa sponsorship?
The issue is, net immigration has increased in last few years in the UK and now, govt wants to control that for various reasons, so the rules are much stricter now than ever, if you really want to migrate, consider NZ, Aus. If you still want to come to UK, look for Jobs on Gov.uk/jobs
Glad to know you're aware Actuaries exist! I'm an actuarial graduate and got multiple visa sponsored jobs before finishing my master's as a 21 year old with little experience. UK is very lucrative for this niche profession given the demand-supply imbalance ;)
