Of course, there are exceptions to this tempo game. Some tier 1 commenters like Skipperino will always be there, and you can't beat the consistency of Magma Ragerino. I think we should move to a less agressive comment meta what do you guys think ? To illustrate this imagine if kripp release a video every 2 days : we would be able to upvote and comment for 2 day and let people that don't come in the first 2 minutes take some upvotes
Much like Kripp said about the Hearthstone meta, the updates released to UA-cam's comments imply that there will never be a midrange or other kind of slow meta to the comments. Early comments are rewarded and ensure that you always have the lead, so aggro will always be on top.
Honestly the only way we'll ever get a slower comment meta is if the commenting system gets nerfed. By this I mean lower wordcount, no timestamps, stuff like that. However knowing Google this prooobably isn't going to happen any time soon. So until such a time comes around, just try and post as early as possible if you want to climb up the comment ladder.
I got a turn 4 muster for battle once. It consisted of a turn 1 light's justice, and 3 consecutive dude turns because the game decided i needed to draw all of my late game, twice.
Just went 12-2 with a pretty crazy Warrior deck, including Fiery War Axe x2, Ravaging Ghoul x2, King's Defender, Kor'kron Elite, Bash, Arcanite Reaper, Gorehowl (M.V.P.), Malkorok, Toshley, and Loetheb. Almost every game was completely one-sided. One loss was a really close game vs Rogue, and the other I was just crushed by an even crazier Paladin deck. First 12 win arena with Warrior for me, yippee!!

Most people underestimate Warrior and in particular Warlock. Warrior does need a few cards (mostly weapons) to do well tho. Every warrior run since old gods has been 8+ (admittedly, I don't pick warrior that often). The thing is, since arena is "wild" - warriors will get access to more and more weapons. That's a huge deal going forward.
have been taking Warrior every time I can for a while now (including pre Wog) - having great success equaling my best avg (rogue) at 7 wins. heals and taunts are awesome
if you are a good arena player you can actually see that he is ridiculously lucky with his topdecks too, almost always more lucky than his opponent and when he talks shit about cards the enemy has just look at his deck.. its always filled with either good legys or really good staple cards (in one of his last videos he was complaining about two uldamans when he had 4 backstabs...)
I got my second 12 wins ever and first since BRM a couple days ago with warrior! I don't play too much arena but I tend to get < 4 wins a lot. I got 2x N'Zoths first mate and 2x ravaging ghoul with insane mid game to follow it up.
Kripp can you please make a video on "How good are the class recipes", the new feature that is introduced for each clan, that allows you to try out different types of decks for each class. Really intrigue to hear your opinion on that.
I just did a draft and my picks were Warrior, Shaman, and Priest. I picked warrior. I drafted an ok deck, actually similar to kripps in this video. However my match ups were Paladin - Rogue - Rogue - Rogue - Mage - Mage. i went 3-3...
warrior is super strong and he was since monkey release... but someone who is Playing only rogue mage and paladin can only notice it after a couple of months

warrior is my favorite arena class, i just never get more than 4 wins, but i'm enjoying it more than 7 win mages:) its really fun to draft like 6 + weapons :P
yeah paladin is the new warrior in terms of its arena performance, even with insane cards it's near impossible to win against anything, and warrior is the old paladin with easy wins

Hey Krip I just wanted to say i've watched a few of your videos and you're by far the most genuine and decent gamer. I don't like ass kissing but credits due where credits due.
I drafted a dual muster, dual truesilver, and dual consecration deck earlier. Had a 79 average card value. Lost 1-3 went against 2 zoo lock and a tempo mage with a constructed deck and didnt draw a SINGLE one of the aforementioned cards. Literally drafted and thought "How can I not go 12-0". Well thanks rng thats how.
So basically by doing a lot better than average in 9-10 runs, Kripp overthrows the statistics of hundreds of thousands of arena regulards, a few thousand of which are just as good as him, and says: I understand warrior better than anyone in the world because I did better in 9-10 runs. Great logic, Kripp!
Are the few thousand really as good as he is? That's a pretty bold statement to make. Him and ADWCTA are the equivalent of what rogues are in arena right now, in my opinion at least.
Really doubt there are THOUSANDS at his level. Maybe a couple hundred at most. Afterall if you look at constructed ladder youll see the same Top players getting within top 100.

Even among streamers, there are a lot of people who play as good as or even better than Kripp. And those comprise a tiny fraction of all people who play arena every day. Constructed is very different because it doesn't show relative skill above rank 5; only persistence. Top players are skilled nolifers, like Kripp once was. That's why nonames like that Chinese guy win Ferraris over Kolento who is widely considered the best player in the world.
Semyon Galtsev Yeaaaaaah, I still dunno about that. The decisions he makes, and his preference of certain cards over others, is just on a complete other level than all other streamers/players i've seen. As salty as he may get, he's still head and shoulders above the rest, and the intricacies i've learned from were the only reason i got good at arena myself. I've been knocking down a 12-win run at least 25% of the time for a month now, and it's mostly because of what i've learned from this kid

so a fiery waraxe basically becomes a "kill a max 3 life minon and in the next turns another max 3 life minon" sounds pretty op when I think about it that way..
I actually disagree about mage not being able to deal with weapons. Its the best class to deal with weapons due to its freeze effects. And when your only removal is weapons or the majority that could be a major problem.

With those cards, all you need are as many 1-2 mana cards as you can cram in, and you'll wreck infinite faces
