How to make the hexagonal charcoal briquette machine?
First: Mold is with the hexagonal shape and customize to diameter;
Second: mix the charcoal powder, binder and water with the special percentage;
Third: if you dont have the charcoal mixer, then you can use the charcoal briquette machine itself(withnot install the mold) to mix the mixed materials to stir more fully; This step you can check the mixed material mixing quality;
Finally: install the mold on the machine and then feeding the stirred materials to the briquette machine and then you will get the PERFECT charcoal briquettes.
