nice to see that they not only threw in a reference to Rabio Lepus, but they also referred to Spinal Breakers with both Captain Waffle and the "Hildride (Hildroid)" plot of SB.
@figment1988 There are two more references or cameos in this game. Gill and Glen are from "Karate Blazers" a beat-em-up martial arts fighting game which was released only for Arcades. Malcolm is from "Tao Taido" a fighting game which was also released only for Arcades.
There is a special ending of a penguin laughing too

That same music from the Opening screen for the ending cutscenes and Credits, but at least, i think the music in-game its more catchy than Aero Fighters 2, not to mention, they have the same tempo speed
do those endings count as endings as they take place at the end of the first loop?I personally view the first loop as whole game and the second as optional.
@kenshironeo7254 Yes, these endings in Aero Fighters 3 appears only at the end of the first loop of the game. The second loop is pretty much optional and only the Staff Roll scene appears at the end when you succesfully complete it.

Don't you just love those "chibi" pics in the credits? Especially Glenda.
