- Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Lily Allen - musician and super-producer Mark Ronson has worked with a glittering array of vocal talent. In the process he's won pretty much every award going, from a Grammy to an Oscar. Born in Britain, now living in LA, he's just launched his fifth solo album, featuring once again an array of prestigious female vocalists. We sat down with him and asked how this album is a new direction for him.

He’s gorgeous, and so talented
Born in the UK but raised and schooled in NYC accounts for his accent. In 2008, he became an American citizen so that he could vote in the local and presidential elections. The last few years he's been living in LA and has started picking up some of the local speech patterns of that area. Which now accounts for; (Like, You Know, Totally)

I’ve listened to the album, I’ll give it a 7 grade out of 10. There is not enough variety in the Album, few songs seem similar, but well done overall.
Every 5th word is "like".

Fascinating how his accent is so 50/50 English-American. I know he's lived in both countries but it's still unusual.

Yea it's confusing. Probably because he grew up partly in england and new york - where accents are strong.
