oh, wire lance and spear tech art for multi weapon, i'm main sword weapon.

@@Kspongergd for sword/wire multi for the custom techs for wires i use, vane mixture type 2, turbulent train type 3. when i use sword/spear multi, thrusting javelin type 3, Cleaving scythe type 2, i use abandac 5 for weapons and orgsys 5 on all units!
