Made these yesterday on my Lone Star Grillz pellet grill! They were AWESOME lots of compliments on them. I didn't have Italian cheese, used mozzarella instead. Had Italian bread crumbs though so used those instead of regular. Also, used about half of the pepper that was called for.
Hey Drew!! Wow do these smoked meatballs look good!! I could definitely see the smoke ring! Loved the ingredients that you used for them as well. Meatballs are great in so many things!
That’s a good question. If you put them in a crock pot with sauce they should hopefully keep together, but I haven’t tried, and apologies if they do end up crumbling. I feel like they’re pretty solid once they’re finished but low heat and liquid would be the test for sure…Please let us know what happens if you give it a go and thanks for watching!
