You are one of the few You Tube sportmen that will show the true story of fishing. Some days cookies, some days crumbs.

Bullheads are nasty, but mudcats are very good and can get huge. Our biggest one was 42 pounds caught on a trotline.

Sure did like it . Try some smoked mullet . They had road side stands in Florida where I first tried it and it was good . But their mullet was quite a bit bigger .

The best part was at the end, where you heated up a big pan with oil for a 2 inch fish. Ultimate laugh!!

Here in Mississippi we callem mud cats cause they have the texture of mud. It’s off putting if you are trying to enjoy but in a hunger situation they delicious.

Lot the time the yellow colour in bullhead meat is in colder seasons. Where I'm at we catch em through the ice. On purpose. They can be almost orange sometimes

Most of the Southeast Asians I've met pressure cook carp which softens the small bones, so you don't have to remove them. I always rinse all fish and seafood 3 times in. cold clean water then pat dry. This helps get rid of some of the fishy smell but letting all the blood drip out before you clean with water is essential.

Did we find out what the parasites were in that one fish??? I’m genuinely invested now because I’ve seen parasites before in fish but I haven’t seen that yet and would like to know.

Vinnie I told you about my little fanny pack utility belt but I didn't tell you everything that was in it I also have a Swiss army knife that has scissors knife fork spoon all kinds of nifty little gadgets don't get caught empty handed also a fish stringer I keep it in my car already attached to and army belt. So it's always with me I keep it next to my fishing gear I never take it out of my car unless I'm wearing it that way I don't forget it at home.
