  • This is not a perfect restoration project. I will keep the original relic feeling.
    I will not repaint, or remove all the rust, I do only the necessary preservation.
    0:20 - Cleaning
    1:07 - Loosening the strap
    2:20 - Cleaning the strap
    3:12 - Softening the leather
    4:38 - Repairing the switch
    6:10 - Reshaping the dent
    6:22 - Bending the contact back
    6:52 - Testing the switch
    7:18 - Cleaning with oxalic acid and soapy water
    8:00 - Coating with tannin solution
    8:43 - Assembling
    10:04 - Testing
    10:45 - The end result, turntable

    Nice repair video,I have one but it's a M40 sweden army flashlight it good condition and still work.

      Is the Jeab? I know it, it's a copy of the pertrix, with a slider on the center.

      I cleaned with simple soapy water. I used tannic acid for the preservation.
