you should watch Keith Codes video "Twist the Wrist" Its an older vid but, explains counter steering well. the suzuki 650 vtwin is a super engine in all guises.
To GREATLY help with tailbone issues, go with Seat Concepts seat! I have had tailbone issues with almost every bike I have owned, including my Vstrom. Had the Seat Concepts seat kit done, best money I ever spent! Except…………..I traded the bike off. :-/
I am guessing that the VStrom has the regular adventure bike tires on it. If you put on pure street tires (pilot road 5) the bike is flickable, for lack of a better word. Really sensitive to input and the difference is night and day.
yeah but we would be riding more off road when I'm on my F800GS and when you compare the GS to the DL on the same tires the gs flicks way better but the DL is way better on the highway for sure..
Could have been a LOT MORE INFORMATIVE. Mostly, I was trying to figure out who was talking, and about which bike they were talking about. Very confusing, not much information. When I hear one of the guys say, "oh, yeah. Mine's like that ...". ... WHO is talking about WHICH bike?
It's really easy to figure out if you know who I am. This video just wasn't for you. Also for the most part I use the view of the person that is actively talking.
@@SteveSteeleSoundSymphony the seating was way more comfortable on the vstrom. As for power it was about the same but the sv revs much faster then the vstrom making it feel like the tractor power
Dude, No Gloves ? The bug blasts alone can sting lol
Imagine people not wearing helmets then....

@@Smightification Okay, I'm 95% pavement.
I leaned into it more and lowsided lol, I was looking up to see out of the corner... I found the limit. No parts to drag on a supermoto 🤣

@@SmightificationSo you guys were generally agreeing that the V Strom had more low end power and the seat and position was more comfortable, right?
